Who can join the Hackathon?

Anyone who is interested in AI is wellcome to join. The presentations on Saturday from 10:00 - 13:00 are ment for the general public, and the hackers/programmers will have almost 2.5 days to prepare their solutions.

CanI join even if I am a beginner in AI development?

Definitelly. We will have special introductory session to the AWS development evnironment on Friday afternoon, and all teams will be able to use the starter notebooks, with pre-loaded datasets, to speed up the development process.

Are there any benefits for the participants?

All participants in the Hackathon (registered attendes for the presentations or the coding challenge participants) will get a cloud voucher from AWS worth 25 USD. The best teams will get special rewards.

Can I join as a team / Do I need a team?

Yes you can come as a team. If you don't have a team we will group you togheter with other participants to form a team.

Do I need a Github account?

It is recomended, that at least one team member has a github account. You can create one for free if you don't already have one.
